4. Sprinter commuter train is located at Mission and San Marcos Blvd., Stops in Vista goes to Oceanside pier in 50 minutes and back to Escondido station with stops in San Marcos one mile from this house.
5. Restaurant Row on San Marcos Blvd. has several restaurants with the movie theater next door.
6. Walmart store is located on Nordahl in San Marcos and you are able to use Sprinter train with some walking to reach it
7. Quiet time for all guests courtesy is 10 pm to 7 am
8. Flower Field in Carlsbad is open the month of May and are located next to Lego Land and the Carlsbad state beach and the Outlet Stores, approximately 12 miles from house.
9. Cruise night with classic cars, music and shops open, is every Friday between April through September in Escondido downtown on Grand between 5 pm and 9 pm

This is a place which I am able to obtain discounted tickets for you and if you need transportation I am able to accommodate you with a fee to guide you to the museum of making music as well the Outlet stores and Carlsbad beach. The whole trip will be 3 hours, unless you stop for sit down lunch on your own which there is several places to choose from Karl Strauss to Ruby Diner and an open market.
