Frost has the best outdoor patio in the city when the weather is good. Inside dining room is very elegant with a private room for parties and then there is the bar and the cellar as places to drink or dine. Always a favorite place to go.

For the meat eaters, Red Cow has tasty food and a sidewalk patio for watching the foot and car traffic go by. As you know at some of these restaurants are more affordable for breakfast or lunch, for those of us on a budget.
