Great spot for your breakfast, brunch or lunch needs. Many healthy options and a trendy vibe makes it a nice experience to eat there.
It can be a little more pricy.

The absolute best Bagels in New York. I am not kidding if you are already in the neighborhood go and get yourself a bagel with any of the many cream cheese options. The bagels are fresh in the morning so the earlier the better. However they bake constantly so anytime until 2 pm you will fresh warm bagels.
NOTE: on weekends the line can be really long, anytime between 10 am and 2pm you will likely find a big line.

You like Thai food and especially Thai sandwiches? This is your place. They only have a small seating area but buy yourself some yummy food, sit in the park nearby or bring it up and sit under our lovely skylight. It‘s delicious food anywhere.

This is a new Indian spot in the neighborhood. They have lunch specials with 50% off before 2:30 pm. Last time I went it was really amazing food.

Lovely authentic Mexican spot. Inexpensive, and small seating area. We love going there because the people are super welcoming and the food is just amazing. Great place for a quick meal.

A wonderful bar that does not serve food but you can bring your own. NIce local crowd, usually in their 30th. Don‘t expect a raging party but a nice spot to meet friends.
