Welcome To Olivia’s Way. Guests are authorized to use all of these community properties: The Southern Shores Community owns, oversees and maintains the following properties: • All 34 beach access walkways and dune crossovers in Southern Shores • Beach access parking area at Hillcrest Drive including an ocean front viewing platform that is handicapped accessible, two showers, a pergola over the showers, updated port-a-johns and a volleyball court • Beach access parking at Triangle Park (blinking light at Route 12 & Ocean Boulevard) including a port-a-john • Soundview Park on North Dogwood Trail (picnic area that includes a charcoal grill, horseshoe pits, bocce court, port-a-john, children's playground area and additional parking spaces) • Soundside sunset viewing platform on North Dogwood Trail • Sea Oats Park (corner of Sea Oats and Hickory) newly renovated playground area, a basketball court, soccer field and workout stations. • Three marinas (North & South Marinas & the Loblolly Marina). The North Marina includes a boat launch area and a pavilion. Also Tennis Courts across the street to the right . Access Code is provided for guests. If you play bring your own tennis rackets and tennis balls. Enjoy a nice evening stroll after dinner for gorgeous sunsets. Just a short walk around the block behind the house. !!!
