I stuck to the close neighborhood for this list as there are so many amazing restaurants in San Miguel that it would take me forever to list them all.
There is also a good restaurant about a from Orizaba on Refugio block called El Reconcito. Good food and good prices.

One of my favorite eating places is out the front door to the left approximately 40 yards. The coffee shop on the corner. They have great food and very inexpensive. The owners, Isac and Johnny , are great guys. Isac is fluent in English. It's a great place to meet people. We had breakfast or coffee there at least 3 or 4 times a week when we were there in January and February. They will also deliver if you ask.
