Amazing vegetarian restaurant. Set up like a deli counter, you order 2-4 vegetarian options and then pick a salad, plus couscous and sauces to drizzle on top. Inexpensive, casual, and a cool, laid-back environment in Berlin-Kreuzberg.

Hands down, best sushi in Berlin and right down the street. Definitely order the sashimi platter and ‘No Name’ roll plus the vanilla ice cream desserts are amazing, both of them! Make a reservation ahead of time, unless you are there the moment they open. They are ALWAYS completely booked. Note that for outdoor tables you cannot make a reservation so best to arrive 15 minutes before they open. Children under 5 years can only sit at outdoor tables.

Very cool spot to go on a Thursday night (it isn't open any other day of the week). An indoor food hall, you can taste small plates of food from around the world, plus drink wine, beer. Nice in the cold weather as well, since it is indoors.

Another amazing sushi restaurant in the Pberg neighborhood. Order the sashimi, flamed salmon roll with truffle Mayo ( heaven! ) and fried seaweed. Won’t disappoint! We come here weekly.

We LOVE happies! We usually get delivery from them and have tried all the flavors and they are delicious (and veggie). The dessert dumplings are also amazing.

Really delicious Portuguese cafe in our neighborhood. They have amazing bakery items and there is always a queue. Our favorite is a sweet bread with poppy seeds.

Very beautiful area with restaurants, boutique shops, movie theatre and a nice grassy area to lie down and enjoy the views of museum island. Also our favorite gelatería is hidden here near the movie theatre.

Come to browse the antiques and other stalls selling souvenirs, jewelry, clothing and more, eat pasta from Italy, empanadas from Uruguay, Arepas from Venezuela and finally, stay in the grass to listen to some amazing free music, or even partake in the open air karaoke :)
