Kind of finger food but you can take several things and get enough for a dinner at a reasonable price (less than 15 euros, without drinks).

When the weather is nice they have a huge terrasse on the square in front of the restaurant.
Only default: it is quiet loud inside, espacially in the winter garden...

I would recommend Café Schmitz, a huge terrase for 3 places: the ice café Schmitz (very good but not as good as Breda's ones), bar Schmitz (with night club in the basement), and in between the pastry/brasserie with great hot and cold meals, and THE BEST chocolate cake in the city!!!!

Worth seeing!
