It is a lovely square a few steps away from the flat. You will be able to have a drink, or a meal in a quiet and enjoyable area. If the weather permits you will be able to eat outside.

L’Institut Suedois
A few steps away from the apartment you will find the Institut Suédois, at 11 rue Payenne. This historical mansion can be visited, and on good days you will be able to have a drink in the gardens for an affordable price. Just across you will find my favorite garden where I enjoy reading the paper. A public park where time appears to have stopped.

A few steps away from the apartment you will find the Institut Suédois, at 11 rue Payenne. This historical mansion can be visited, and on good days you will be able to have a drink in the gardens for an affordable price. Just across you will find my favorite garden where I enjoy reading the paper. A public park where time appears to have stopped.

It is a small French market. The oldest in Paris, located at 9 rue de Beauce. Here, you will be able to eat some seafood, cured meat, but also Italian pasta, Creole dishes as well as Arabic and Lebanese cooking .
Used by Parisian people from the location, it is not well known by tourists, yet.

Les Jardins de l'Hôtel de Soubise
The soubise mansion holds the national archives. Even with the fact that you cannot visit it, the mansion has a lovely garden, not known by most, but with a typical atmosphere of the Marais area. Come in through 60 rue des Francs Bourgeois, then go through the gate on your left hand side where you will discover a beautiful French formal garden.

The soubise mansion holds the national archives. Even with the fact that you cannot visit it, the mansion has a lovely garden, not known by most, but with a typical atmosphere of the Marais area. While walking in the neighbourhood, you will be able to discover by yourself some lovely places :) such as the Sully mansion ( Hotel de Sully) with a hidden door bringing you to Place des Vosges
