You can access the Black Diamond Trail at Upper Taughannock Falls State Park. It's a 10-foot wide cinder trail that's great for biking, jogging, or a walk! The Black Diamond was a rail line that ran from Ithaca to Geneva.

The Gorge Trail starts down on Rt 89 and is a fairly easy hike to the base of the Falls. The trail is wide and there are beautiful scenes of the Gorge, the rock walls, the slate creek beds and ledges at every bend!
