The menu indicates you pick seafood, meat, veggies, dessert, cocktails, beer or wine. Past that, you have no idea what you'll receive and you can't make suggestions or modifications. Super fun dining experience for those who are adventurous with no dietary restrictions. Pro tip: when doing "beggars can't be choosers" go right at 5pm when the doors open as spots are limited to the bar.
