The green oasis in the middle of Ljubljana and just 500m away from the apartment where you can enjoy a picnic, go jogging or on an easy hike to Roznik hill.
It's also the best way to get to the city center on foot it takes you 20 minutes to get to Preseren's Square.

Sightseeing
If you go to Lake Bled, the visit to Lake Bohinj is a must. It's a less visited, less touristy, calmer version and even more beautiful in my opinion. It's also possible to swim in this lake in the summer.
