Just Grillin’ was founded in July 2001. The vision for Just Grillin’ was to have a very casual restaurant that offered good tasting grilled food at a reasonable price. Always working with high quality ingredients is important to us. The system is simple, customers order their food with the cashier and their order number is called for collection when the meal is finished. The meats are cooked to order, ensuring that the customer gets them at their best.
All of Just Grillin’ seasonings and sauces are made in house, and as a result of regular requests, both the Caesar Dressing and Barbeque Sauce are available for customers to purchase.
Bajan Seasoning and Jerk Seasoning are both our own special blend and give Just Grillin’s food its tasty unique flavor. The meats are marinated in these seasonings with the jerk being more spicy than the bajan seasoning.
The meals, as platters, all include any two of the five side orders available. These side orders were developed with both taste and health in mind. Just Grillin’ has become famous for one of the side orders; Caesar Salad. It was one of the first casual dining restaurants in Barbados to offer Caesar Salad as an option and its Caesar dressing is considered one of the best on the island.
Just Grillin’s barbeque sauce is also a crowd favourite. It is put standard on burgers, chicken, spare ribs and steaks and is very popular with Just Grillin’s customers. This sweet and slightly spicy sauce enhances the flavor of the meats.

The 18 hole golf course features two “Returning Nines” which finish into a expansive and unique triple green that wrap seamlessly around a lake.
Magnificent trees strategically planted 25 years ago on the original development and the more recent landscape treatments blend together to give the course a mix of both mature ambience and contemporary feel.
Two lakes intrude and enhance play on five holes and create a dramatic ‘Amen Corner’ on holes 15 & 16. A series of coral waste bunkers carved through 4 holes adds to the excitement and personality of the course.
The 6,805 yard par 72 links style golf course, features gently rolling hills and wide open fairways that are forgiving and offer second chances to make a good score.

Harrismith Beach is located on the south east coast of the island just a short walk from the more popular Bottom Bay.
The beach at Harrismith is not as wide as other popular beaches in the area but it has a shallow lagoon protected by the reef which is ideal for a relaxing dip. Note that there are no lifeguards on duty at Harrismith.
A series of old stone steps leads down to the beach from the clifftop. Overlooking the beach are the ruins of an old plantation house which you can safely survey from the outside.

Coconut palms sway in the soft breezes, soaring cliffs and intriguing caves, shimmering translucent turquoise waves roll gently onto the seashore, wide stretches of powder soft golden white sand… a tropical paradise!
Although there are car parking facilities on the cliff top at Bottom Bay in Barbados, you will need to be reasonably able bodied to get down the steps leading to the beach. This area is also becoming an increasingly popular part of the island to live in, with many new homes with beach and ocean views being built on the cliff tops. These cliffs also provide visitors with spectacular walks that carry the additional prospect of spotting turtles and whales in the waters below.
Once at beach level, the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere at Bottom Bay in Barbados makes it an ideal picnic venue, and at the weekend there are beach chairs and umbrellas for hire and it can get quite crowded with tourists and Bajans. In contrast, the beach at Bottom Bay is almost deserted during the week, with no more than a few guests from nearby hotels wandering down. If you are planning to picnic at Bottom Bay in make sure you go well prepared, as there no public facilities or amenities, and no food or drink retail outlets.
As Bottom Bay is on the East Coast of Barbados, the Atlantic Ocean's waves are significantly stronger there than those found at the more sheltered beaches of Barbados' West Coast. Swimming is generally not recommended due to the medium to large waves and unpredictable strong currents and undertow, and anyone deciding to swim here needs to do so at their own risk. It is also sensible not to go in the water if there is no else with you, as there are no lifeguards at Bottom Bay.
Adventurous adrenaline-seeking tourists will love the Atlantic Ocean's roaring waves and exciting swells that regularly entice board, wind and kite surfers. However, if you are planning to 'ride the waves' at Bottom Bay in Barbados, watch out for the numerous jagged projecting rock formations scattered around the Bottom Bay shoreline.
