Soho / Covent Garden / Regents St / Oxford St
It is a quick ride on the Piccadilly line from Arsenal to Covent Garden and Picadilly, or on the Victoria line from Finsbury Park to Oxford Circus. This central part of London is packed full of excellent shopping, restaurants and theatres. Oxford St is very big but chaotic - we personally prefer Covent Garden, Carnaby St or Regent St. There are many other great shopping areas in London too - e.g. Portobello Market
This is about 25 minutes walk or 10 minutes on a bus. A large high street in an affluent residential area, full of high end boutiques and high street brands, book shops, excellent cafes and restaurants and more.

Camden Passage is well known for its beautiful little winding streets, full of antique and vintage shops and an antiques market several days a week. There are very good cafes and restaurants too. It's a real hidden gem.

London Zoo is amazing - beautifully designed and packed full of fantastic animals from around the world. You can easily spend a whole day here. It's about 20 minutes in a taxi or car.
