We really enjoy this place in the evening. You can cozy up next to the fire pit or lounge on the outdoor sofas while dining and listening to a nightly live band.

One of our beary favorite places is right next door at the Grizzly Manor Café and one of the locals’ favorites! Please don't expect a fine dining experience. It is rustic and quite an experience! Their plates are HUGE and tasty. If you like pancakes, their blueberry pancake is the best we have every tasted. There is usually a long line in the mornings; however, you can walk over and put your name on the list and come back to the house and they will call or text you when your table is ready.

If you are looking for shopping, movies, souvenirs, entertainment, dining, etc., you will find most of this in The Village which is only a little over a mile down the road. There is a large parking lot located in the heart of The Village at the Chamber of Commerce (630 Bartlett Road). You will find all kinds of maps for hiking, biking, brochures for dining, adventures, and more at the Chamber of Commerce!

You are only a mile away from Snow Summit. Snow Boarding, Skiing and Downhill bike track! Depending on the season, if you dare, you can rent a mountain bike or bring your own and try the downhill bike track at Snow Summit .If the traffic is bad, you might want to go to the left as you exit the driveway, make a right on Park Ave. and a right on Summit Blvd., which will take you to Snow Summit.

This is a multi-use 5.4 mile paved trail along the North Shore of the lake. This trail is mostly flat, with a few slight inclines; good for all skill levels. It is best used from March until November where you can walk, jog or ride your bike and view the beautiful view of the lake. The entrance in across the street from the North Shore Elementary (765 Stanfield Cutoff). The actual address to the entrance is 740 Stanfield Cutoff
