The restaurant/bar is run by local Michelin star Chef Allan Donald and his wife Eileen. The food is beautiful and the atmosphere is excellent. It’s advisable to book the restaurant beforehand to guarantee a table. They also serve food in the bar at restaurant opening times on a first come first served basis. One note to mention the restaurant/Bar is closed on a Monday. The telephone number to book a table is 01855811940

This is really a great course to test yourself on and afterwards a trip in to the town is required to eat at one of the many great places offered in the town.

This is great location for all to enjoy the stunning scenery , there are a number of picnic tables dotted around the loch. Don’t forget to keep your camera near as there will be plenty of photo opportunities as well as some wildlife. Ducks have made the loch their home and you do see the odd deer or two.
