I am not sure what your parents may have smelt as our linen is thoroughly cleaned ready for our guests arrival and we have never received this feedback from any guests prior to your stay. I have have however changed a cleaning product to try and alleviate this from occurring again.
I have addressed your concerns with our cleaning team as we aim to go above and beyond to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay. We have implemented a few changes and addressed all maintenance concerns. I do recommend contacting your host immediately going forward so concerns can be addressed and actioned if they arise.

Wouldn't recommend as the main eat in Indian restaurant in Newcastle however definitely recommend as the best take away Indian. The food and price is superb!

Secret spot to go for a swim in Newcastle. Awesome view with the ocean bath being cut into the rocks. I don't recommend taking little kids to swim but still worth a stroll to take in the view.

Great way to start your day is to go for a walk out on the breakwall at the Northern end of Nobby's beach. Walk right next to ships coming into port and if lucky see dolphins catch waves.

Fantastic place to visit for all guests of all ages. There are Australian Native animal enclosures to get up close and personal from Koala's to Kangaroos, birds, wombats, emus etc. Great park for the kids to let of some steam and great to have a picnic.
