This is a really cool pier to walk and watch the surfers, sun bathers and see Ocean Beach Pier (the longest pier on the West coast)

The sand is amazing to take your pooch. There are gold flecks in the sand. Great place to spend the day! Get there early to find a parking spot. Views of Point Loma in the distance and great for boogie boarding!
