This is a quaint part of town just outside the entrance to the Biltmore Estate where the McDonald's even boasts a grand piano! There are a ton of nice restaurants and great shopping. Be sure to visit Hillman Beer for the best brew in town!

The arboretum is right next to the entrance of The Blue Ridge Parkway and is a lovely place to enjoy the beauty of the mountains. You do pay for parking yet it's worth it for a nice quiet stroll by a creek or through the woods. Bring your bike and you can ride there as well!
