Luca's ice cream is lovely & made in their factory locally, people stop to buy their flavoured ice creams or visit their restaurant.
Well worth a visit!

Great for walks, picturesque....there's a jetty for paddle boarders, kayaks etc
Princess Diana, along with Prince William & Prince Harry used to love their time on the Royal Yacht, along with the Queen & other members of the Royal Family.
It was their private space, & they felt relaxed as they travelled around the world.
There is an awesome tearoom aboard, where you can relax & sample sumptuous treats.....
the fudge in
the gift shop can be recommended too!

Canongatevisit the 3 Lochs....St Margarets, climb round the road to Dunsapie Loch, & keep going round the road, you're now above Duddingston Loch & nature reserve, lots of swans, ducks & geese to be seen in all the lochs, follow the road, a great view all around Edinburgh from the different vantage points, this brings you back down eventually to the opening for the Royal Commonwealth Pool & Newington.
If you turn left at the roundabout at the bottom of the road before you leave the park, it takes you along to Duddingston Village, & one of the oldest pubs in Edinburgh....the Sheeps Heid Inn....a great selection of beers & spirits, & it even has its own skittle alley.....
