The lower end of Bridge Road offers a thriving and wonderfully eclectic Cafe, Eatery, and Bar scene, all renowned and hugely popular for fabulous ambiance, high-quality produce, great prices, and friendly staff. A big plus is that this property is ideally located so amazingly close to the very best the hub of it all on Bridge Road. A minute's walk away has you so conveniently close but also far enough away that the home remains beautifully quiet! So many choices here, within a very short stroll of the property, so much to enjoy! When it comes to lattes, breakfasts, and lunches, Bridge Road's cafes are definitely the place to be in Richmond. In the evenings a host of delightful multicultural eateries and bars also open their doors. So many tantalizing venues (sit down and takeaway) to choose from...... Bars, pubs, Italian, Himalayan, Indian, Vietnamese, Korean, Afghan, Gelato shops and the list goes one! Read on further here for some of our favourites.

unbelievably, here so close to the city, you ate totall spoilt fir chouce with the most divine green parks, the yarra ruver, and the ity close by. If walking & tunning are your thing, you can literally do a figferen run / walk / strill every dingle day of your stay & be smazed ans well as entralked every singke time! Here are some of my favourite parks. Then there ate so many ealks around the little streets to enjoy as well, have fun!

Grocery shopping is so easy here. Within a few minutes walk you have some local favourites including two bakeries, a beautiful deli, some smaller supermarkets plus the local Saturday fruit and veg market. Plus for bigger shops, the area is also well serviced by Coles Supermarkets. And as far as shopping goes you are definitely not just confined to groceries. Within easy walking distance you also have so many beautiful retails shops, Officeworks for all your home office needs, Dan Murphy's and other bottle shops for drinks, Kathmandu for outdoor wear plus Adairs for homewares .....just to name a few.

Swan street has grown up significantly. Always renowned for its pubs, it also offers a thriving bar and eatery scene, not to be missed.
