We truly enjoy the food, atmosphere, and relaxing setting seated on the golf course terrace. A relaxed, but upscale dining experience, where high-heels are just as welcome as cowboy boots. We love the shrimp tacos, Ahi Tuna Roll and Golden Corn Chowder. Never had a bad meal here. It's so pretty anytime of the day.

If you’re looking for a chill sushi experience, Trapper’s Anthem offers a variety of traditional and unconventional sushi rolls, a full bar with signature cocktails, and special menus for gluten-free, vegetarians, vegans, and kids. Trapper O’Keeffe has been preparing sushi for over 20 years. He trained in Reno, Nevada under his brother-in-law, Eisuke Sato, at the age of 17. After Eisuke closed his restaurant and returned to Japan, Trapper took what he learned to Washington state. He quickly found his style of sushi was very popular and began searching for an opportunity to open his own restaurant. In 2004, Sushi Town opened in Bonney Lake. It wasn’t very long before Trapper noticed customers were visiting from throughout Washington, and began to look for opportunities to expand. Trapper’s Sushi in Covington, our second location, was quickly followed by stores in Puyallup and Bremerton. We’re proud to now be serving 15 communities across Washington state, Arizona, and Texas! These days, you probably won’t find Trapper behind the counter rolling sushi, but there is a great chance you’ll meet one of his family members, who share his philosophy of getting to know every customer like they are family.
