This place is a must during your visit. They have beautiful views of the virgin river. Also their coffee and food is amazing. If you find that you like their coffee they also have a small drive through place right next to our home on the corner by the La Quinta Hotel. Perfect for grabbing a quick drink before heading to the park.

Local Hikes Outside of Zion National Park
This is by far my favorite hike here locally outside of Zion National Park. It has beautiful slot canyons and even has a natural rock water slide at the end of the hike. Warning your shoes will get wet so plan accordingly.

Fun short hike close by our house in La Verkin that goes down along the Virgin River. The south end of the trail is right by River Rock Roasting company, so the two activities pair together perfectly

Ever wanted to try out American Ninja Warrior Obstacles? This place has tons of fun obstacles, foam pits, warped walls, and an olympic trampoline. They have two locations, one closer to our house in Washington, and one on the far side of St. George. The one in St. George is bigger and has more obstacles though.

If you love the arts, then you've more than likely already heard of Tuacahn, but for those of you that enjoy live theatre and musicals with live music then this is a must. With talented casts, many of which have performed on broadway, and incredible sets including a stage that can be completely submerged with flowing water. Tuacahn is a super fun experience. They often have plays that are fun for kids as well like beauty and beast or under the sea. The tickets go fast, so order in advance. Also the theatre is in Ivins Utah which is about 45mins-1hr from our home and the plays usually start in the evenings, so it can be a late night just so you know so you can plan ahead. Might not be best to do an early hike in Zion the morning after going to a late show in Tuacahn.
