Our favourite lunch is to drive to Greenwell Point to Jim Wild’s Oysters. Bring a bottle of cold wine a baguette and some water. The best oysters in the world!! You can buy cooked prawns as well if someone fussy in the group don’t like oysters. Super simple and super good by the river. If you like tablecloths you have to bring them yourselves.

Sometimes there are live bands playing in Burradise which is the community garden next to petrol station. Great little oasis with a vegetarian caravan selling a few delicious meals. Super local and cute. Don’t bother to wear shoes, no one else wear them around Burradise

A flat 1km walk to the most beautiful and unspoiled beach, with 4-5km of outstretched sand. Surf where the famous Wright family learned their craft, or simply walk along the dog-friendly beach and chat to other owners, or spread the picnic hamper and soak in the rays and the spectacular views.
