The Marina's "Breakwater Bar and Grill" is on the east side of the marina on Simondson Drive. Food is good and plentiful. Open for lunch and dinner. Karaoke some Friday nights, live music is often offered Saturday nights.

Sightseeing
A walk along the path off the bluff with views of the San Juan and Gulf Islands is gorgeous. Sunset is glorious. There are a few adirondack chairs to rest and enjoy the view. There is a eagles nest that can be seen during the winter. Follow all signage during nesting season, do not disturb them.

Warm summer days while the tide is coming in, some of the warmest water north of San Diego for swimming. Lots of sandbars for beach combing, great place to walk. At low ride you can walk to Lily Point beach, location of the former APA, (Alaska Packers Association) Cannery. Winter time look for soaring eagles and blue herons fishing.

The view to the west is stunning from here. Up for a hike, steps down to the beach, walk along the west facing beach. This is marker Number One along the US/Canadian border.

Our library is open Tuesday 2-7, Wednesday and Saturday 10-5. In July and August also Friday 10--5. Knit/craft night Tuesday 5-7. The best Library staff anywhere! Free wi-fi.

Wonderful market with high quality goods. Deli and bakery are my favorites! They have a nice florist too, (cut flowers can cross the border). Lovely meat dept. and produce. (depending on the season some items are forbidden to cross the border, be careful)

During the warmer months, and most winter weekends, you can rent cool coaster bikes as well as electric bikes. Patty and Scott, also sell Young Living essential oils, often offering classes.
