This is our local community hub 2 kms from our place. There are tearooms open for breakfast morning and afternoon tea and lunch. They have local produce, essential grocery items, a gift shop, local publications, tourist info a fuel bowser with petrol and diesel and more. Open 8am to 5pm 7 days.
This place is across the road from our property so you can walk there. Serving morning tea and lunches and cellar sales with a great view. Gene and Mary are great hosts. Open 11am to 5pm every day except Tuesday.

Although the decor is basic the Thai food is fabulous. Peter and Maleeya grow their own ingredients. Pricey but worth it. Only open Friday evening Saturday evening and Sunday lunch.

This is the best local meeting place with beers cider and ginger beer on tap, local wines, evening meals and great atmosphere especially in the lounge room area with the fire going. Highly recommended. open 5pm to 10pm Friday. Saturday and Sunday 11am until close. Just 2kms from our place.
