Make if a point to walk across the Walnut Street Bridge to the Northshore area and visit Coolidge Park. You will find several rental shops offering kayaks and Stand up Boards available to rent for the river. For a nice workout, paddle upstream and make a loop around Maclellan Island Nature Preserve.
