Beaches: There are many beaches and lakes just a short 10-15 mins drive away as part of the Sandbanks Provincial Park
area such as Outlet Beach, Lake Ontario Beach and Dunes Beach which are all beautiful sandy beaches.
I highly recommend the beautiful soft sandy “Dunes Beach” on West Lake with its remarkable picturesque views, calm
and clear shallow water perfect for young children and quiet spot with lots of parking and washrooms.
Sandbanks Outlet Beach parking fills up quickly (arrive early for Sandbanks, Outlet Beach).

Sandbanks Provincial Parks
As of June 7, 2021 all Ontario Provincial parks (especially Sandbanks) recommend booking a reservation online or by phone, up to 5 days prior to your visit as parking lots fill-up fast. If you do not have a reservation you may be turned away upon arrival even with a parking pass.
Parking is free Monday-Thursday and we have a parking pass you can use Friday-Sunday so you don't have to pay.
