As it is called, this place is liver restaurant. Both Edirne leaf and Albanian liver are excellent (they make liver from veal). Of course, cumin and pepper go well with the liver. For those who love sweets, there is the Hayrabolu dessert. Like bread sweet. With tahini, cream and walnuts.
