This road is closed during the winter months. A nice ride over the notch into Cambridge. See the foliage or stop at Main Street restaurant in Cambridge for breakfast. Follow Route 15 back to Stowe.

This is difficult hike up to the top of Mount Mansfield, to the chin and then the nose. Bring water and supplies and expect a full days hike. Not for amateurs.
