Our favorite spot for weekend morning breakfast. The Congress Cafe serves Venezuelan breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes. Definitely try their sweet corn pancakes. Bazaar Del Mundo is a group of shops that sell home goods, apparel, and other general souvenirs in a little colorful plaza on the corner. These shops are often missed due to not being in the central Old Town plaza.

Old Town Historic Park is centered between San Diego Ave. and Calhoun St. You'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, small museums, and souvenir stores on each side.

Sightseeing
Located above Old Town, Presidio Park near Cosoy Way and Presidio Drive is a great place to have a picnic or setup a Croquet game on the green grass. There are also a few hiking trails and monument throughout the park. At the peak is Junípero Serra Museum, a small museum of historical relevance.
Not a must-see, but worth checking out if you're in the area and looking for some nature and small hikes.
