"Oi Filoi" (Friends). Small, budget-friendly ouzerí (ouzo and tsipouro serving tavern) serving fine meze dishes (small sides to be consumed with distilled drinks).
Try the liver and the fallafels. If you're going for tsipouro, your host strongly urges you to go for the anise-free version.
Word of warning though, this place can get unbearably smoke-filled inside in the winter. Also Maya frequents there, a delightful, friendly female bulldog.
