Bring what you need

Make sure to have anything you need before leaving Hwy 101. There are only a few restaurants and a general store in Shelter Cove. Grocery shopping and such should be done in advance. Closest laundry services are a 40 min drive to Garberville. You may want to pack some warm socks or house slippers. The floors are tile and get chilly. There is very poor cell service once you leave Redway. So, You will want to enter address into GPS before leaving as well as have lockbox code and checkin information ready.
