Raleigh has a large Lebanese community and I have heard that they feel this is truly authentic Lebanese dining. Towards the NC State Belltower, you can't go wrong with the handmade fried or steamed dumplings at David's. The chef David Mao has been on the food scene since 1972 and he is still the one in the kitchen making the dumplings. If that's not your pick, there are other asian favors from Malaysia and Vietnam. Realize this is authentic and take care when asking for more spice!
