Sand Harbor beach is the most iconic beach in the Tahoe area. This beach offers pristine, aqua blue water, granite rocks as well as kayak and SUP board rentals. If this is your first time visiting Lake Tahoe, we highly recommend adding this site to your list. A tip for summer, be sure to arrive to the area around 8am to get a parking spot and reserve a section of beach.
