Ryde beach is one of the most spacious beaches on the island, its an ideal beach for families if you would like to experience a traditional British holiday, it has a couple of cafes and plenty of beach huts. Ryde beach stretches for miles allowing plenty of space for sunbathing, sandcastle making and swimming. Its one of the warmest bathing waters on the Isle of Wight and is worth a visit even if its only to take a few snaps!

Osborne House is a former royal residence in East Cowes, it is one of the most popular attractions on the Isle of Wight. The building was built between 1845 and 1851 for Queen Victoria and Prince Albert as a summer home. The house features beautiful décor, a stunning garden, views across the Solent and a café.

You can even take a chairlift Ryde down to Alum Bay beach where you pass all of the different coloured sands in the cliffs. Once you get to the beach you can enjoy the spectacular view, a boat ride, sunbathing or paddling in the water.
