It is a neat little trail and you can see hundreds of petroglyphs carved into the rocks.

At 10 AM every day starting in the lobby of the LaFonda hotel there is a free walking tour of the town. This 1 hour tour is fascinating. Santa Fe is the oldest capital in the United States (1610) and the end of the historic Santa Fe trail. From Kit Carson and Billy the Kid to Pat Garrett, Santa Fe has an amazing history.
