Comal Park is around the corner from the Lake loft and is a $10 for full day access. If you come on the weekends, expect it to be busy and get there early! Beautiful park with beach access, BBQ pits, playground and miles of shoreline.

For a beautiful and slow (15-20mph) drive meandering along the river, take a drive up and down river road. Mind the speed limit, or the Sheriff will ensure you do.

Water shoes are recommended because flip flops get lost easily. Bring your own reusable insulated cup as bottles and cans aren’t allowed. Children 12 and under must have a life vest when on the water.
