The restaurant’s distinctive facade recaptures the vintage look and feel of the once-popular East Village bodega storefronts that have all but disappeared.

This park has a lot of neighborhood history (see riots of '88) and regularly hosts live music, buskers, outdoor movies and dance festivals. If you like to people watch, this is the place. And if you like to dog watch, it has one of the best dog parks in the country known for it's world famous Halloween Dog Parade.

It's so believable—and the line between what is real and what is theater is so blurred—it's like an intricate acid trip, forcing you to suspend all disbelief without even realizing it. Throughout the course of three hours, you begin to morph into an actor. Sleep No More in its purest form has a reputation for being something truly special, inexplicable even.
