Cultural Space
The Rooms is NL’s largest public cultural space. It represents and showcases our province to itself and to the world.
Both a destination and a journey, The Rooms is where the province’s most extensive collection of artifacts, art and historical records come together to create meaningful and memorable visitor experiences that share who we are and how we came to be.
The Rooms Café on Level 4, is open during visiting hours (closes at 4 pm on days the building is open until 5 pm) and offers a delicious menu focusing on traditional fare and an awe-inspiring view of the city, the harbour and the narrows.
A range of specialty coffees, house-made desserts, and carefully selected wines and micro-brewed local beers are also available.
