This place is a true treasure. Open only in the summer, it's truly unique -- an old schoolhouse cantilevered over the Pemigewasset River, w/ a screened-in dining room, and serving New England fare and local brews. Get the lobster roll. Yum.

The breakfast here is AH. MA. ZING. People will tell you to drive up through the Notch and go to Polly's, which you should absolutely do, but the breakfast is better at Flapjack's. Warning: crowded on weekends, and there's no list/reservations.
