Park Doma Vojske

Extraordinary climate conditions made this park, that dates from 1892, a perfect place to preserve exotic flora that was brought to Tivat throughout the years by sailors from all over the world because of an old tradition that the seamen come back from every trip with a present to the town in the form of an exotic plant, mostly trees. Not only is this park a proclaimed national and natural treasure, it is also the biggest city park in Montenegro. The park is within a very close walking distance from Villa Jelton and it is perfect for walks, bicycling (bikes can be rented), jogging, and those that love beautiful morning sights!
