Best prices in town, many options for things to do and places to go here, is in the last subway station so any station takes you there, one of central America biggest malls there are. You can also choose between 4 food courts to have some food.

Is a very typical spot in town, you can shop there or just sightseeing, the market is very popular and have same architecture from over a century, nice to see. Tip: mind your belongings here, nothing to be worry but just be cautious.

Excellent to walk by the beach coast, ride bike, exercise, relax. All that take is a short walk to get there. Sundays they have Free bikes to ride and close the road for it. Great place

Two blocks from my placeone is of the biggest outdoor parks in the city, baseball field, basketball court and big spaces to sit and relax. Around there are coffee shops pharmacy's, supermarket, bakery. Also it have a very nice sidewalk path that takes you to a nice over the highway view and all the way to the Cinta Costera area.

Is a very quiet and nice area, is located in a small mountain area, you could walk to the park and sit there to enjoy the sounds of nature, or walk to do some exercise if you like, is a very secure area in town to do so.

This is an incredible natural reserve so near from the city, right on the Amador walkway, is very affordable and you can see typical animals from the area both in their habit and some in captivity, the variety of frogs in Panamá and also water species, definitely a must see in Panamá.

Subway is the fastest way to get around town and is so close
you will need a pre paid card to use busses and subway (same card), i can provide it for you. Is easy to recharge it via machines or online banking.

you can use either yellow cabs or apps like Uber or InDriver. if you're taking regular yellow street taxis, remember to check prices over any of the apps this way you avoid getting scam by taxi drivers.
