This is our favourite nearby hiking trails. They are moderate difficulty for Ontario, amd wind through beautiful forest along 2 creeks. The main entrance and parking lot is off of the 1000 Islands Parkway, but you can also enter on Mallorytown Road near the exit on the 401.
Jones Creek Trails - Thousand Islands National Park
1241 Thousand Islands ParkwayThis is our favourite nearby hiking trails. They are moderate difficulty for Ontario, amd wind through beautiful forest along 2 creeks. The main entrance and parking lot is off of the 1000 Islands Parkway, but you can also enter on Mallorytown Road near the exit on the 401.
Locally-run cross country ski club only a few kilometers away. Features cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, hiking and fat-tire biking in the dry seasons.

There is also a lovely waterfeont area across the road where you can picnic and swim if you'd like. It sits beside the 1000 Islands Parkway Trail which is a flat and paved trail seperate from the road, as an alternative and accesible trail to enjoy.

Moderate hiking trails with a stunning outlook over the St Larence River and 1000 Islands. There is also a lovely waterfeont area across the road where you can picnic and swim if you'd like. It sits beside the 1000 Islands Parkway Trail which is a flat and paved trail seperate from the road, as an alternative and accesible trail to enjoy.
