Entertainment & Activities

Rollover Pass is an area a great area to fish on Bolivar Peninsula. Rollover Pass got it's name from the days when smugglers used the narrow strip of land to roll barrels of booty from the Gulf of Mexico to Galveston Bay before there was a man-made channel (1955). During Prohibition barrels of liquor were rolled to waiting boats in the bay!
