Love the interiour of this place. I personally go here for coffee or lunch and not for diner. But you can have diner here as well. There is also a shaded terrace outside near the water for the warm days.

This place has an amazing interior. I think it used to be an old theater but now it's all hip and happening with multiple floors to have coffee, lunch or drinks.

Great food in this restaurant, high quality! It's a small place, not too formal but it's no cafe style. They serve good wines with the food. You can have a 3/4/5 course menu.

If you are looking for a place to eat in the city center, I like The Lobby which is in a very small street near the Dam square. The interior is very nice and you can have lunch/diner there.

I have not yet been here, but from the outside it looks so nice. It's quite new and it is next to (used to be part of) the Artis zoo.

An indoor market place with multiple food stands (Italian, burgers etc). It's a renovated tram garage and great for when you are indecisive on what to eat.

You can wear your best outfit here and won't be overdressed so soon. It's more pricy and you can share multiple dishes. It has a great meat selection, which is of really good quality! It is on the top floor and has a view on the Dam Palace. Don't forget to make reservations.

In a very old bank building near the Museum square they built a very fashionable hotel. In the large lobby you can have a coffee which I would recommand because of the great renovation work. It is a really nice place, very stylish.
