Hardwood has over 80 km of one way trails on 7 different loops along with a pump track, trails area and other fun features including an 9 hole disc golf course. In the winter Hardwood has 40 km of cross country ski trails and over 20 km of snowshoe trails. Also in the winter Hardwood allows fat tire or winter bikes on the trails during the week and has a small number of rentals available for guests. Ski, snowshoe and bike rentals are available plus the retail and service shops can help you with your cross country or mountain

Larger sleighs that can seat groups of 15 people can be taken through the 146 acres of snow-laden forest located on the farm. Sleigh rides are very popular for engagements, anniversaries and special family outings.
