Arsenal Cider House and Wine Cellar is a U.S. Civil War thematic winery specializing in the most delicious small batch, hand crafted hard apple cider, "cider style" fruit/grape wines, & mead. Located just a few steps from the historic location of the former Allegheny Arsenal, a large munitions manufacturer during the early and mid-1800s until it was destroyed in an explosion during the Civil War. Being the first cidery in Western Pennsylvania and also the first to sell wine in "beer kegs" and growlers in the State, Arsenal Cider has been an early pioneering influence in the craft hard cider industry. Tina’s is fun little independent bar with a homey vibe. Here is how the owners describe it: We are not trying to impress those looking for a flashy experience, but to offer refuge to those who a looking for a place to feel at home. We are a place that offers fine quality products for approachable and fair prices. While Tina’s Place isn’t a traditional shot and beer type of bar, we are here to share what classic cocktail programs have to offer without putting you off from your usual favorites. The bar is well lit while not being too bright, and it is easy to find a spot that makes you feel at ease. The atmosphere rings of nostalgia while remaining free of kitsch. It is a place to have fun, and feel good about where you are heading. It is also a place to take the time and reflect on where you’ve been. Park at the bottom on West Carson Street and take a round trip ride from the bottom station up "The Incline". The Duquesne Incline is one of two inclines, (or funiculars), that run on Mount Washington. The view from the top is unbelievable with a huge vista of dozens and dozens of Pittsburgh's neighborhoods as well as bridges and rivers, but the Incline car itself is hardly the supporting actor on this adventure. This is an amazing way to see the headwaters of the Ohio River, formed by the joining of the Monongahela and Allegheny Rivers at The Point. Learn about Pittsburgh historical moments at the top station before catching the next car back down.

Heinz Chapel is a historic landmark located on the University of Pittsburgh campus, sharing the green quad with the Cathedral of Learning. Henry J.
