So Proof is a bakery- but also a coffee shop / cafe. This place has if not the best then in the top 3 best backed goods in Atlanta. Their Pan de Campagne and sour dough breads are great. Chocolate chip cookies are delish and so many other things to try. At last visit they were using delicious counter culture beans for coffee and organic (locally sourced) milk.

Consistently good, it can sometimes be a bit tricky to get parking - you may want to Uber and afterwards take a stroll to check out the Little 5 Points nightlife.
