Top off dinner with the best chocolatier in town. Things are a little pricey on their menu, however, the "Chocolate Lick" is the BEST value for money there is. At $2.70, this shot of chocolate is rich enough to hit even the biggest of sweet tooths.

This is a budget friendly Chinese restaurant that has a great menu on offer. Pork dumplings in chilli sauce is my favourite, together with their lemon chicken. They also do the best pan fried dumplings that I've come across.

Now this is the definition of "hole in the wall". This is a tiny, inconspicuous restaurant that serves great chicken wing concoctions. The crazy wing is certainly NOT for the faint hearted and is spicy as heck. If you're the more conservative type, stick to the BBQ or garlic wings, although they have so many different items on the menu. Once again, this is a hole in the wall sorta place, very cheap and not the best decor.

Crown is the biggest entertainment spot in Melbourne. It has a variety of bars, top end restaurants and clubs. However, make sure you catch the fire display on the bank of the Yarra (river). Every night, on the hour every hour.

The is one of the smaller parks in the metro area but equally beautiful. The best thing about the park is that it's located smack bang in the middle of our apartment and Queen Victoria Market. Grab everything you need for a fresh picnic from the market and enjoy an amazing morning in the gardens.
