So much to see - historic as well as fine dining!
Neighborhoods
Noise regulations are meant to respect the quality of life here, for both humans and
wildlife. Please remember that we should especially tone down our music and our
celebrations after 11 p.m. Fireworks are prohibited on the entire island.
There are authorized holiday fireworks displays at various locations around
the sea islands for those who wish to attend.
Our pool is a wonderful area for all, from the littles to the seniors, and we want all
to be safe! Please do not bring breakables into the area (bottles, glassware, etc.),
and please respect the no diving rule. We have also noticed that umbrellas are
often left open. We are in the process of ordering new umbrellas, so let’s get in the
habit of closing them when you leave the pool area so that they are not blown
around when the wind comes up. And, of course, please refrain from hanging
towels over the railings!
Bay Pointe provides a grilling & picnic area for all owners and guests. Please
dispose of charcoal waste in the available bins. Those bins are not for regular trash,
so do bring trash bags and put them in the garbage bin area across the street from
the pool when you leave the area. In addition, do refrain from putting charcoal
starters on the chairs or picnic tables. We have invested in quality polywood picnic
tables and are fortunate to have been gifted some colorful Adirondack chairs that
add to the ways in which we can all enjoy the area.
